I am a hybrid strength coach based in Brussels and the founder of Align. My journey began from a place of imbalance, training to be "smaller" until I faced injury and burnout. This sparked a vital shift: I started training to feel capable and in control. Today, I use my experience to help women move away from extremes. My mission is to guide you toward a healthier relationship with your body through a balanced, structured approach. I focus on long-term physical and mental empowerment, ensuring you build a sustainable routine that makes you feel as strong as you look.
