Initial Consultation

We start with a free 20-minute chat to discuss your fitness goals, your past training experience, and your current lifestyle to see how we can best work together.

Trial Session

Next, we schedule a practical trial session. This allows me to see how you move in person and gives you a real feel for my coaching style and philosophy.

Strategy Design

Based on our trial, I define the best long-term strategy for you. We map out a plan that balances mobility, strength, and conditioning to fit your schedule.

Structured Training

We move into the training phase. Every session is structured in three parts: focusing first on flexibility, then building strength, and finishing with conditioning.

Habit & Progress Review

We don't just train; we build discipline. I help you stay consistent and adjust your program as you get stronger, ensuring your new habits stick for the long run.
