I train all levels of people. If you’re looking to perfect your boxing or if you want to get fit, I’m your man! Depending on the goal my client has set, my sessions always incorporate mobility and functional training. My preferred method involves Kettlebell training. As a musician, I have a large music database and usually put on movie soundtracks for motivation, but I always adapt the music to the client's preference. Whether you are preparing for a fitness or boxing competition or if you want to add a routine for the long term, I provide the strength and conditioning you need.

FaceTime Call

We start with a 20-minute FaceTime call to see where your goals are at. This is our chance to connect and discuss your vision.

Match Assessment

During our talk, we determine if we have a great match. It’s important that my coaching style aligns with what you are looking for.

First Session

If we’re a good fit, you book your first session. We jump straight into the physical work to see how we progress from there.

Functional Integration

Depending on your goal, I incorporate mobility and functional training into our sessions, often utilizing my preferred Kettlebell methods.
