I design sessions tailored to your body, your needs and your goals, whatever they may be. Progress comes from sustainable habits, consistent progressive overload, and proper recovery; not quick-fix, short-lived solutions.

MY APPROACH

I use an approach grounded in physiology and biomechanics. Every exercise, progression and adjustment is chosen with intention: efficient movement patterns, optimal muscle recruitment, and safe loading. I simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable cues so you understand why you do what you do. This method ensures better technique, faster progress, and long-lasting results.
