ABOUT:
Certified sports coach and physical preparation coach at EREPS levels 3 and 4 (aligned with EQF levels 3 and 4), supporting people who want to improve conditioning, rebuild capacity for effort and develop sustainable physical performance. Work centers on functional training, cross-training, physical preparation and athletic development, including reconditioning to effort, functional and athletic strength, body recomposition and overall work capacity. Approach is structured, progressive and oriented toward long-term health, durability and consistent performance. In parallel to individual coaching, group training is delivered through two collective frameworks: ELYT Training Club and ELYT Running Club.
PRACTICE & APPROACH
Every coaching relationship begins with a complete individual profile analysis covering goals, current level, sports background, injuries or pathologies, medical history, lifestyle habits and dietary approach. This ensures training is fully adapted to each person’s needs and constraints rather than based on generic models.
Collaboration with a dietitian, a physiotherapist and a general practitioner takes place when relevant, allowing training to align with medical, nutritional and physical considerations while supporting performance and injury prevention.
Services include one-to-one coaching (in-person and online) and group sessions focused on conditioning and athletic development. All programs are progressive, measurable and designed to improve cardiovascular capacity, functional strength, endurance and overall work capacity.
In-person coaching consists of fully personalized sessions centered on conditioning, functional training and physical preparation. Online coaching provides structured programming, regular follow-up and continuous adjustments while developing the same qualities remotely. Group sessions serve as a complementary option: ELYT Training Club focuses on conditioning, functional training, cross-training and HYROX-inspired formats, while ELYT Running Club offers four sessions per month covering endurance, intervals, sprints, lower-body strength and broader athletic qualities for running performance.
