Fitness trainer specialised in strength, mobility and postural training.
Academic background in Sports and Physical Education, certified fitness trainer, additional certifications in pregnancy and postural training, EREPS 6 (Graduate Exercise Professional).
METHOD & APPROACH
My goal is to make fitness simple. Training should feel good, not like a burden. That’s why my approach is to understand your needs, create a fun and comfortable training experience, and build a friendly connection so we can work as a team.
Fitness is not only about aesthetics or performance, but also about building good habits and a resilient body that helps you stay healthy now and in the long run.
One of my key specialties is postural-focused training. We train together on reducing back discomfort, releasing stiffness, improving overall mobility and body awareness.
