My background is rooted in high-level discipline, having previously excelled as a competitive CrossFit athlete. Over my career, I have successfully guided more than 30 individual clients and partnered with major organizations, including NATO and the Conseil d'État, to improve health and performance. I blend dynamic athletic experience with mindful movement to help people move better, feel stronger, and find balance in their daily lives.
