Passionate about sports from a young age, I started with tennis before moving into rugby. This background led me to develop a strong interest in well-rounded training that combines strength, endurance, and performance.
Today, I help people progress efficiently, whether their goal is to improve their fitness, prepare for a specific athletic challenge, or simply feel better in their daily lives.
My approach is simple: practical methods that work in real life, based on what I apply myself as both a coach and an athlete.

My coaching approach focuses on developing well-rounded fitness by combining strength, conditioning, and endurance. The goal is to provide structured and effective training adapted to each person’s level and objectives.

As both a coach and an athlete preparing for HYROX, I apply methods that I use myself, combining intensity, technique, and sustainable progress.
