ABOUT ME
My fitness journey started in my teens with Muay Thai, where I quickly learned how vital strength, power, and conditioning are for peak performance. Over time, my passion shifted to competitive CrossFit, where I trained at a high level for several years, before ultimately specializing and competing in strength sports today. These diverse athletic experiences, combined with years of coaching, have allowed me to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to help individuals achieve their goals, whether they are related to performance, strength, or overall physical development.
