ABOUT ME
Sport has always been a big part of my life. What really shaped my vision of coaching is the diversity of disciplines I've practiced over the years. From street workout to running, functional training to Hyrox, each sport taught me something different about movement and effort. My academic foundation comes from a Master's degree in Sport Sciences, but the real lessons came from years of training and competing. Today I coach group classes, personal sessions, and online clients. I am an active Hyrox competitor with 6 races in, including 2 in the Pro category. That competitive side keeps me genuinely connected to what my athletes go through every day.
