With over 3 years of coaching experience, I've built my career around helping people move better, get stronger, and achieve their goals. I started out in New York, coaching at a CrossFit box and working as a Strength & Conditioning coach at an ice hockey academy, a foundation that gave me a deep understanding of athletic performance across disciplines. After two years in the city, I relocated to Brussels and took the next step in my journey by launching Ryft Fitness, my own online coaching platform. I specialise in functional fitness and work with clients on everything from gymnastics and weightlifting to general fitness, think of me as your one-stop shop for all things performance. Whether you're chasing a specific goal or just want to move and feel better, I bring the knowledge, experience, and structure to get you there.

MY APPROACH

My coaching method is built around one core belief, no two athletes are the same. Every client receives a fully personalised programme designed around their specific goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you're working with me through 1-on-1 coaching, live sessions, or a self-paced programme, your plan is yours and yours alone. I take a data-driven and structured approach, tracking progress and adjusting programming to ensure you're always moving in the right direction. Regular check-ins keep you accountable and on track, while my focus on technique and movement coaching means we're not just chasing results, we're building them the right way. From the first assessment to every session that follows, everything is intentional, measurable, and tailored to you.

Getting started with me is simple. You can reach out directly via Instagram DM, fill out the Online Intake Form below, or jump straight into a discovery call, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

From there, we kick things off with a full assessment and movement screen to get a clear picture of where you're at, how you move, and what we need to prioritise. This is the foundation on which everything else is built on. Once we're underway, I check in regularly to review progress, adjust your programme, and make sure you're getting the most out of your coaching, with the flexibility to connect whenever you need it. The process is designed to be as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what matters most: putting in the work and seeing results.
