ABOUT ME

I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and coach based in Belgium with many years of experience training athletes and students of all levels. I have worked for several years as a national coach in Belgium, supporting professional athletes in their development and competition preparation.

Over the years, I have also founded and developed multiple academies and had the opportunity to teach internationally. My coaching focuses on technical excellence, discipline, and helping people grow both physically and mentally through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

The First Conversation

Reach out to share your goals and any past sports experience. We will talk about what you want to get out of Jiu-Jitsu, whether that is getting in shape, learning to protect yourself, or just trying something new.

Your First Session

I usually suggest starting with a trial class or a private one-on-one session. This is a low-pressure way for you to see the gym, meet the team, and get a feel for how we train.

Seeing Where You Are

During your first visit, I will look at your current fitness and comfort level. This helps me understand the best way to teach you so you feel confident and safe from day one.

Your Training Plan

After your trial, I will recommend the best path forward for you. We will make sure you are in the right classes to help you improve steadily without feeling overwhelmed.
