As a former "sport prospect" athlete who competed at the Regional 1 level, I now bridge the gap between elite playing experience and scientific knowledge. I hold a Bachelor’s in Sports Coaching and continue to specialize in Strength and Conditioning to ensure my clients optimize performance while staying injury-free. My approach is deeply educational; I don't just coach movements, I help you understand them.
